Banerjee said around 206 people from Bengal are currently hospitalized, with approximately 73 receiving treatment; nearly 56 have already been discharged after treatment; and 182 remain unidentified.

Banerjee said each affected family in Bengal will receive Rs 5 lakh, while those with severe injuries will receive Rs 1 lakh. Those with minor injuries will be given ?25,000, and individuals who have not sustained physical injuries but are traumatized will receive Rs 10,000.
