BCCI unveils IPL 2026 Fan Parks Phase 2 across 30 cities, expanding cricket excitement nationwide with live screenings, entertainment zones, and interactive fan experiences, strengthening engagement across 18 states and one Union Territory.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced Phase 2 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) Fan Parks for the 2026 season, significantly expanding the initiative to 30 cities across 18 states and one Union Territory. This move is aimed at bringing the electrifying IPL atmosphere closer to fans who may not have direct access to stadium matches.

The Fan Parks will be organized over six consecutive weekends, beginning April 18–19 and continuing through May 23–24. These events are designed to recreate the stadium-like experience in open, community-driven spaces, allowing fans to gather, celebrate, and watch live match screenings on giant screens.

In a notable development, several cities will host IPL Fan Parks for the first time. Locations such as Puthuppally in Kerala, Mangalagiri in Andhra Pradesh, Chamba and Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, Golaghat and Silchar in Assam, and Imphal in Manipur are among the new additions. This expansion reflects BCCI’s intent to reach deeper into regional India and strengthen the IPL’s grassroots connection.

Each weekend will feature multiple Fan Parks across different zones—North, South, East, and West—ensuring wide geographical coverage and participation. The initiative not only enhances fan engagement but also promotes inclusivity by bringing cricket festivities to smaller cities and emerging regions.

According to the BCCI, the Fan Parks will offer much more than just live match screenings. Attendees can expect a range of entertainment options, including music performances, food courts, and dedicated kids’ play zones. Additionally, fans will have access to interactive cricket-based activities such as virtual batting zones, bowling nets, and face painting.

Popular fan-favorite games will also return, including “Pitch Perfect,” a balance-based challenge, “Game of Throws,” which tests accuracy, and “Don’t Miss the Ball,” a quick reflex competition. These activities aim to create an immersive and engaging environment for visitors of all ages.

The schedule for Phase 2 is strategically spread out. Week 4 (April 18–19) will cover cities like Bathinda, Kota, Belagavi, Puthuppally, and Jamshedpur. Week 5 (April 25–26) includes Amritsar, Bikaner, Mangalagiri, Dindigul, and Dhanbad. Week 6 (May 2–3) features Chamba, Surat, Solapur, Tiruchirappalli, and Siliguri.

Week 7 (May 9–10) will bring the action to Mandi, Rajkot, Hubballi, Puducherry, and Golaghat. Week 8 (May 16–17) includes Patiala, Indore, Goa, Shivamogga, and Imphal. Finally, Week 9 (May 23–24) concludes the phase in Agra, Bhillai, Kolhapur, Warangal, and Silchar.
