BJP today released its party manifesto for upcoming Goa Assembly elections. The manifesto is termed ‘Sankalp Patra’. Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari released the manifesto at Panji in Goa promising to transform the state into a destination for co-working spaces and remote working in the post-pandemic world. Gadkari said, Goa will be made 50 billion dollar economy. He said, BJP has completed 80 percent of the previous manifestos and they have released the report card. He said, Congress leader Digambar Kamat should show how many promises, he completed during his tenure as Chief Minister.
Goa CM Pramod Sawant said that three free gas cylinders will be provided in a year to empower domestic consumers in the state. He said there will be no increase in state government-imposed VAT on petrol and diesel for the next 5 years. He assured that legal mining will be started if BJP is voted to power.
For Uttar Pradesh, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has promised that the party will give free of cost power for irrigation to the farmers of state in the coming Five (5) years and Two (2) cylinders will be given free of cost under Ujjwala scheme if the party comes to power again. BJP today released its election manifesto for Uttar Pradesh in Lucknow. Party has promised to strengthen the MSP system and the purchase for paddy and wheat and will ensure MSP on potato, Tomato and onion also.
It says that Chief Minister agriculture scheme will be started for the benefit of farmers. Party promised to provide payment of sugarcane within 14 days to the sugarcane farmers. Addressing the problems of youth in its election manifesto party has promised to distribute two crores tablets and laptops to the students and will give free sports kit to the players. Party has promised to fill all the vacant vacancies in the government departments.
It has made special promises for the women of the state. The manifesto says that free-of-cost travel will be made available to women aged above 60 in government buses and a number of women in government services will be doubled. Party has also promised to provide scooty to brilliant girl students under Rani Lakshmibai scheme. The election manifesto termed as ‘Lok Kalyan Sankalp Patra’ by the party, was released by senior BJP leader and Union Home minister Amit Shah at Indira Gandhi pratishthan in Lucknow.
Union information and broadcasting minister and Co in-charge of party for UP elections, Anurag Singh Thakur, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath, state BJP President Swatantra Dev Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya chief of the manifesto committee Suresh Khanna along with other leaders are present on the occasion.
