Assam Rifles, India’s oldest Paramilitary Force, will host an Ex-servicemen Rally titled “Serving Those Who Served Us” at Kalimpong on 18th of this month. The event aims to honor and support veterans from West Bengal, Sikkim, and neighboring North Eastern states. Lt Gen P C Nair, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, PhD, DG Assam Rifles, will preside over the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The rally will take place at the Football Ground, HQ 27 Div, Kalimpong, starting at 10.30 AM and is expected to last approximately three hours. Ex-servicemen are invited to attend the event.
