In the All England Open Badminton Championships, Lakshya Sen will clash with China’s sixth seed Li Shi Feng in the Men’s Singles quarterfinals in Birmingham tonight. World number 12 Lakshya had entered the quarterfinals, beating Hong Kong’s Ng Ka Long Angus, 21-19, 21-23, 21-10 in the Round of 16 match yesterday. Lakshya is the only Indian left in the fray after the mixed doubles pair of Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto retired against Hong Kong’s Tang Chun Man and Tse Ying Suet while trailing 19-21, 8-9.
