Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood star Alia Bhatt, who is one of the leading contemporary actresses, turned a year older on Friday.
On the eve of her 31st birthday, her actor husband Ranbir Kapoor on Thursday reportedly threw a lavish birthday dinner which was attended by family members and their close friends including the Ambanis.
As per reports, Isha Ambani and her husband Anand Piramal, the daughter and son-in-law of Indias billionaire industrialist Mukesh Ambani respectively, attended the dinner.
In some of the videos trending on social media, Alia was seen in her glamorous avatar as she opted for a golden off-shoulder top and a pair of denims.
Alias mother Soni Razdan, sister Shaheen Bhatt, mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor were seen entering the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai for the dinner on April 14.
On the work front, Alia, who seems to be juggling between her professional and personal lives after the birth of her daughter Raha quite efficiently, has had a dream run ever since she made her debut in 2012.
In the last few years, Alias run took to new heights as she expanded her footprints.
The actress, whose most of the films have witnessed success in the box office, delivered a major hit- Karan Johars Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani where she starred alongside Ranveer Singh- in 2023 and went on to make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone teaming up with Gal Godot.
Alia, who has already ventured into production, worked as an executive producer in Amazon Prime Video web series Poacher, which premiered recently.
Last month, Alia, who got married to Ranbir in 2022 and turned mother later that year, wrapped up shooting for Vasan Balas Jigra, where she teamed up with Vedang Raina.
The film also marks Alias production house Eternal Sunshines collaboration with Karan Johars Dharma Productions.
