Actor and casting director Abhishek Banerjee has announced his decision to step away from Casting Bay, the casting company he co-founded with Anmol Ahuja in 2017, as he shifts his primary focus towards acting and other professional pursuits.
The Stree actor shared the development through an emotional note on his official Instagram account on Monday. In the statement, Abhishek explained that his departure from Casting Bay marks a natural progression in his professional journey rather than an end to the association and achievements he shared with his co-founder.
“Sometimes moving forward doesn’t mean leaving something behind,” the statement read.
Casting Bay was established by Abhishek Banerjee and Anmol Ahuja with a shared vision and a passion for discovering and nurturing talent. Over the years, the company became associated with several prominent film and entertainment projects, while helping create opportunities for actors and artists.
