Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood superstar Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has been in the film industry for over two decades, has plunged into the streaming world with Sujoy Ghoshs film Jaane Jaan.
The film started streaming on September 21, which also happens to be Kareenas birthday. The actress turned 43.
The films trailer, which was unveiled by the makers early September, portrays Kareena as a murder-suspect in Kalimpong, a district in West Bengals northern part.
Kareena, who is Maya DSouza in the film, is stalked by Naren, played by Jaideep Ahlawat, who senses something wrong in Mayas place.
In the meantime, Vijay Varma, who plays a cop, comes to Kalimpong in search of Mayas husband and eventually falls in love with her. Vijay and Jaideep were shown as old friends.
