New Delhi/IBNS: The Opposition parties have decided to move a no-confidence motion against the BJP-led central government in the Parliament on Wednesday amid a logjam over Manipur violence and the shocking videos, said reports.

According to media reports, the motion has been drafted and will be filed on Wednesday.

Earlier in the day, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said he had written to the Opposition to resolve the logjam, which is disturbing the governments legislative to-do list.

The government is ready to discuss the issue of Manipur and seeks cooperation from all the parties, rising above party lines. I hope that all the parties will cooperate in resolving this important issue, Shah wrote as he tweeted the letter to the opposition.

Since the monsoon session of Parliament commenced last Thursday, legislative work in both houses has been held up due to Opposition protests.

On Tuesday, both houses of parliament were adjourned with little headway made on the legislative front.
