Mumbai/IBNS: Barring Rashid Khans late heroics, it was a day for Indias T20 batting sensation Suryakumar Yadav, who slammed a tonne to clinch a victory in the must-win game for Mumbai Indians against Indian Premier League (IPL) table topper Gujarat Titans here on Friday.
An unbeaten 103 off 49 balls by Suryakumar swept Gujarat out of the park for the first half of the match setting 219 as target for the visitors. Mumbai scored 218/5 in 20 overs.
Impressed by his batting, cricket legend and MI mentor Sachin Tendulkar revealed the shot of Suryakumar which he liked the most.

Chasing the mammoth target, Gujarat lost their rhythm right at the start getting reduced to 55/5 at one stage to finally score 191/8 in 20 overs.
Gujarat somehow avoided a defeat by a huge margin courtesy Rashid Khans heroism towards the end as the Afghan allrounder slammed unbeaten 79 off 32 balls hitting three fours and 10 sixes.
