New Delhi/IBNS: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the 100th episode of his monthly radio broadcast Mann Ki Baat at 11 am on Sunday.
It will be broadcast live at the UN headquarters in New York, Indias mission there said.
Mann Ki Baat was first aired on Oct 3, 2014, the year PM Modis government came to power after the United Progressive Alliances 10-year rule. The radio talk is broadcast every month.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-ruled states have made elaborate arrangements to celebrate the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat.
The party will telecast the Prime Ministers radio address at their offices and booths.
The Tourism Ministry has announced 100 days of action to mark the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat.
The activities include a design challenge for entrepreneurs to develop substitutes for single-use plastic items.
The BJP tweeted that all people can listen to todays historic Mann Ki Baat.
