Heavy to very heavy rainfall likely over Uttarakhand and Western parts of UP and Madhya Pradesh tomorrow

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red colour warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall with isolated extremely heavy rainfall over Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand tomorrow. According to IMD, heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely over Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh tomorrow. The districts that are likely to receive heavy rainfall include Rampur, Pilibhit, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur and Bahraich. Meanwhile, districts of Madhya Pradesh which are expected to receive rainfall include Satna, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh and Niwari.        
IMD said that the line of withdrawal of Southwest Monsoon continues to pass through Gurdaspur, Chandigarh, Muzaffarnagar, Aligarh, Dholpur, Udaipur, Deesa and Naliya. 
The Met Department has also predicted heavy rainfall over Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim for the day. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds are expected to prevail over Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Mahe, Telangana, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and parts of Northeast during the next two days.
Meanwhile, parts of Delhi are expected to witness light to moderate rainfall tomorrow.
