Former Union Minister Pratima Bhoumik emphasized people-centric politics and grassroots development during the BJP Kalyanpur Mandal’s two-day residential training camp, highlighting organizational discipline, welfare outreach, and ideological commitment among over 170 delegates and party workers in Tripura.

The two-day residential training camp organized by the BJP Kalyanpur Mandal under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Varg programme concluded successfully this week with active participation from more than 170 delegates, party workers, and grassroots leaders. The camp focused on strengthening organizational discipline, ideological clarity, and grassroots-level coordination among party cadres.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from BJP functionaries and local leaders, who engaged in detailed discussions on the party’s principles, welfare initiatives, booth-level strategies, and future organizational plans. Participants described the programme as highly motivating and informative, saying it enhanced both their political understanding and organizational capabilities.

Addressing the closing ceremony, former Union Minister Pratima Bhoumik highlighted the BJP’s commitment to people-centric politics and public welfare. She said the camp provided meaningful discussions on the party’s constitution, ideology, and responsibilities toward society. According to Bhoumik, the BJP’s primary vision is to work for the welfare of ordinary citizens and ensure that development benefits reach every household.

She stressed that political workers must stay closely connected with the people and understand their everyday concerns. “No political party can survive without the support and trust of the people. Workers must remain dedicated to public service and continue taking government welfare initiatives to every section of society,” she stated.

Bhoumik further emphasized that party workers play a key role in spreading awareness about development programmes and ensuring effective communication between the government and the masses. She encouraged cadres to strengthen their outreach efforts and work with discipline and dedication.

The camp also featured participation from MLA Pinaki Das Choudhury, Mandal President Nitai Bal, General Secretary Asim Debroy, and several senior BJP leaders, who discussed strategies for strengthening the party’s grassroots presence in the region.
