New Delhi/UNI: Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday said party chief and LoP in Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge, and a few other MPs will be unable to attend the Presidents address to both Houses of Parliament as their flights from Srinagar are delayed due to inclement weather conditions.

Due to delayed flights from Srinagar airport on account of inclement weather conditions, Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge and many other Congress MPs will be unable to attend the Presidents address to both Houses of Parliament at 11am today, the Congress MP tweeted.
