Divisional Dak Adalat in Agartala on March 30, 2026, offers a key platform for resolving postal grievances. Submit complaints by March 28 with complete details to ensure quick redressal by postal authorities.
Residents of Agartala and surrounding areas will have a dedicated platform to resolve postal service issues as the Divisional-level “Dak Adalat” is set to be held on March 30, 2026. The public grievance redressal forum will take place at the Office of the Superintendent of Posts, Agartala Postal Division, starting at 12:00 noon.
The Dak Adalat is designed to address complaints related to various postal services, offering citizens a direct channel to seek resolution of pending or unresolved issues. Authorities have invited individuals to submit their grievances in writing, either by hand or through Ordinary Post or Speed Post. All submissions must clearly mention “Dak Adalat” on the envelope and be addressed to the Superintendent of Posts, Agartala Postal Division.
Officials emphasized that complaints should include complete details such as the sender’s full address, registration receipt number, and any relevant supporting information. In cases related to savings schemes and Postal Life Insurance, complainants must provide account numbers along with accurate personal details to ensure swift processing.
The deadline for submission of complaints is March 28, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Authorities have clarified that any complaints received after this cut-off will not be considered during the Adalat and will instead be processed through regular channels.
