Kerala Assembly Election Nomination Submission Ends Tomorrow

The submission of nomination papers for the Legislative Assembly election in Kerala will end tomorrow. Candidates in all 140 constituencies are busy filing their nomination papers and engaging in campaign activities. Nomination papers will not be accepted today. The scrutiny of the nomination papers will take place the day after tomorrow.
In Thiruvananthapuram district, 25 candidates submitted their nomination papers yesterday. In Nemom, LDF candidate V. Sivankutty and BJP state president Rajeev Chandrasekhar submitted their papers yesterday. In the Kollam district, 18 nomination papers were received yesterday. In Kottarakkara, K. N. Balagopal; in Kundara, P. C. Vishnunath; and in Kollam, Prathap Kumar were among those who filed their nominations yesterday.
In Pathanamthitta district, a total of 15 nomination papers have been received so far from five constituencies. In Idukki district, eight candidates have submitted nomination papers so far from various constituencies. In Kottayam district, 19 candidates submitted their nomination papers yesterday, taking the total number of nominations filed in the district so far to 20.

In Thrissur district, 41 candidates filed nomination papers yesterday across various constituencies. Including those filed in the previous days, a total of 44 candidates have submitted nominations in the district. In Palakkad district, 56 candidates have submitted nomination papers so far across 12 constituencies.

In Kozhikode district, 39 candidates submitted their nomination papers yesterday in various constituencies. In Wayanad district, seven nomination papers were received yesterday. So far, 29 candidates in Kannur district and 28 candidates in Kasaragod district have submitted their nomination papers.
