Netflix announces a powerful Telugu film slate featuring Nani’s The Paradise, Ram Charan’s Peddi, and Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh, set to stream globally after theatrical releases, highlighting Telugu cinema’s growing international reach.

Netflix has officially unveiled an exciting and expansive slate of Telugu films that will stream on its platform after their theatrical releases this year, sending waves of excitement across the South Indian film industry and global cinema audiences. The announcement, made on the festive occasion of Makara Sankranthi, highlights Netflix’s growing commitment to Telugu cinema and its increasing influence on the global entertainment landscape.

Among the most eagerly awaited titles confirmed for post-theatrical streaming are Nani’s intense action drama ‘The Paradise’, Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor’s high-profile film ‘Peddi’, and Pawan Kalyan’s mass entertainer ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’. The slate blends star power with strong storytelling, offering a diverse range of genres including action, drama, emotion, and spectacle.

Netflix stated that this year’s Telugu lineup reflects the platform’s dedication to celebrating the scale, creativity, and evolving narratives of Telugu cinema. The announcement has further strengthened the bond between theatrical releases and OTT platforms, allowing films to reach wider audiences after their big-screen runs.

One of the most talked-about titles is ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’, directed by Harish Shankar and starring Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan. The film is described as a high-voltage drama packed with mass appeal, action sequences, and powerful dialogues, making it one of the most anticipated theatrical releases of the year.

Another major highlight is ‘The Paradise’, helmed by director Srikanth Odela and starring Nani in the lead role. Known for choosing unconventional and intense characters, Nani’s role in this action entertainer has already generated significant buzz. The film is expected to combine gritty storytelling with commercial elements, ensuring strong interest from both theatrical audiences and OTT viewers.

Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor’s ‘Peddi’ also features prominently in the Netflix slate. The film marks a major collaboration and is expected to be a large-scale entertainer with emotional depth and visual grandeur. With Ram Charan’s massive fan base and Janhvi Kapoor’s expanding presence in South Indian cinema, ‘Peddi’ is anticipated to attract pan-Indian and international audiences once it arrives on Netflix.

Adding further depth to the slate is ‘Aakasamlo Oka Tara’, featuring Dulquer Salmaan in a fresh and emotionally driven role. The film is expected to focus on layered storytelling and strong performances. Fahadh Faasil’s ‘Don’t Trouble the Trouble’ is another intriguing inclusion, promising a unique narrative led by one of Indian cinema’s most acclaimed actors.

Netflix also confirmed the streaming release of Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming period-action film ‘VD14’, which is expected to showcase the actor in a powerful and intense avatar. The film’s scale and historical backdrop have already raised expectations among fans.

Veteran star Venkatesh will be seen in director Trivikram Srinivas’s ‘Adarsha Kutumbam – House No: 47’, a tense and gripping film that combines family drama with emotional complexity. Trivikram’s signature storytelling style and Venkatesh’s screen presence make this project a strong addition to Netflix’s lineup.

Other notable titles include Sharwanand’s motor sport drama ‘The Biker’, Vishwak Sen and Kayadu Lohar’s ‘Funky’, and Roshann and Anaswara Rajan-starrer ‘Champion’. Films like ‘Production No 37’ starring Anna Ben and Harsh Roshan, Sangeeth Shobhan’s ‘Raakaasa’, and ‘418’ featuring Chaitra Archar and Shree Vaishnav further enhance the diversity of the slate.
