India’s ace shuttler Lakshya Sen defeated Japan’s Nishimoto Kenta to reach the Men’s Singles quarter-finals of the India Open Badminton tournament in New Delhi today. Lakshya defeated Nishimoto in straight games 21-19, 21-10 in a Round of 16 match. Earlier, H. S.
 
Prannoy and Kidambi Srikanth both lost in the Round of 16 matches to exit the tournament.
