The government is working for the overall development of the state. A concrete plan has been taken to build a better Ek Tripura, Shreshtha Tripura. Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath said this while inaugurating Mohanpur RD Division and RD Sub-division offices yesterday. On the occasion, the Education Minister also said that various central and state government schemes and services are being provided to the people of the state. The government aims to build a self-reliant Tripura. He said that Sanskrit universities are now being established in marginal areas like Mohanpur. This university is being built in Tutbagan of the sub-division. Moreover, the construction of town hall is going on in Mohanpur. The construction of international standard football turf is also under process in Tulabagan.
The Education Minister said that the government has taken efforts to enrich the Kokborok language in the state. Assistant professor in Kokborok is being appointed in different colleges. Chairperson of Mohanpur Municipal Council Anita Debnath, BAC Chairman of Lefunga Ranbir Debbarma, Vice Chairman of Mohanpur Panchayat Samiti Rakesh Deb, Vice Chairperson of Mohanpur Municipal Council Shankar Dey, BDO of Mohanpur Block Narayan Chandra Majumdar and others were present on the occasion. Chairman of Mohanpur Panchayat Samiti Rina Debbarma presided over the programme. The welcome address was given by Er. Khudiram Tripura of Rural Development Department.

Rural market is being constructed to sell the products of farmers: Agriculture Minister
The government has given priority to sell the products of the farmers of the state. For this, rural markets are being constructed in marginal areas of the state. Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Pranajit Singha Roy said this while inaugurating the primary rural market at Killa Bazar yesterday. 4 crore 27 lakh 37 thousand rupees has been spent on the construction of this market. On the occasion, the Agriculture Minister said that the development of such markets in the marginal areas of the state is facilitating the sale of the products produced by the farmers. On the occasion, Tribal Welfare Minister Rampada Jamatia said that the longstanding demands of the farmers of Killa area have been fulfilled yesterday. The state government has taken special initiatives to develop infrastructure in rural areas.
