Most Asian Markets End Higher; European Indices Trade Mixed

Most Asian stock markets ended positive today. South Korea’s Kospi index surged almost 2.7 per cent, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index gained over 1.8 per cent, Japan’s Nikkei 225 index added almost 1.8 per cent, China’s Shanghai Composite Index increased 1.2 per cent and Singapore’s Straits Times Index advanced 0.3 per cent.
 
 
Major European indices were trading mixed today. France CAC 40 surged 2.1 per cent. On the other hand  London’s FTSE 100 lost almost half a per cent and Germany’s DAX was trading 0.1 per cent down,when reports last came in.
