Wall Street’s major indices closed at record highs on Thursday, supported by some major tech giants, a day after the Federal Reserve signalled an easing rate path.
The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite Index settled above 0.9% up to close at 22,471, the S&P 500 climbed almost half a per cent to end at 6,63,2, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased almost 0.3% to end at 46,142.
