President Droupadi Murmu has completed three years in office today. On the occasion, the President participated in various important initiatives undertaken in Rashtrapati Bhavan and the President’s Estates. These include the Declaration of Divyangjan-friendly President’s Estate, the Launch of Rashtrapati Bhavan websites in 22 Indian languages and the inauguration of various facilities for visitors and residents of the President’s Estates.
In her remarks, the President expressed satisfaction that many decisions were taken in the last three years, which increased the engagement of citizens with Rashtrapati Bhavan. She said it is always her endeavour to connect all sections of society, especially the underprivileged and backwards classes, with the country’s development journey. She expressed happiness that Rashtrapati Bhavan has become more accessible for Divyangjan.
