Every day, several thousand Yatris leave Jammu-based camps under multi-tier security cover all along the Srinagar Jammu National Highway till they reach their respective Base Camps in the Kashmir region safely.

Yatris from across the country feel elated and content with all kinds of arrangements, facilities and a secure environment in the Kashmir region. Lakhs of Yatris are expected to participate in the ongoing Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra this year. TARIQ RATHER, Akashvani News Srinagar.
