Heavy rainfall likely in Uttarakhand, IMD issues orange alert  –

In Uttarakhand, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall in various parts of the state today and tomorrow.
 
The Met Department has issued an orange alert for isolated areas in Bageshwar and Rudraprayag districts over the next two days, warning of heavy to very heavy rain.
 
During this period, a yellow alert has also been issued for rainfall in other parts of the state, and the general public has been advised to remain alert.
