The trailer for the upcoming streaming series Lafangey dropped on Monday, and it offers a heartfelt glimpse into the intertwined lives of three childhood friends as they step into adulthood. Set in the bustling city of Noida, the series explores themes of friendship, ambition, romantic entanglements, and societal expectations. With a perfect blend of drama and relatability, Lafangey is shaping up to be a must-watch for the younger generation navigating similar life phases.
Directed by Prem Mistry and written by Abhishhek Yadav, who also serve as producers, Lafangey stars Anud Singh Dhaka, Gagan Arora, Harsh Beniwal, Barkha Singh, and Salonnay Gaur in pivotal roles. The story revolves around Chaitanya, Rohan, and Kamlesh—three friends trying to make sense of their careers, relationships, and the pressures placed upon them by family and society.
Gagan Arora, who plays Rohan, shared that his character is caught in the crossfire of love, ambition, and the unpredictable turns of life. “Rohan’s journey is not just about professional choices—it’s about identity, personal growth, and managing others’ expectations. It’s a character that many will find relatable,” he said.
Harsh Beniwal takes on the role of Kamlesh, a dreamer with an infectious sense of humor and a free spirit. “Kamlesh believes in chasing the impossible. He’s light-hearted on the outside but has an emotional journey that resonates deeply with anyone trying to find themselves,” Beniwal remarked.
