In Hockey, India will take on Japan in the semi-final of the Women’s Junior Asia Cup at Muscat in Oman today. The match is scheduled to begin at 6 PM Indian Standard Time.
India progressed to the last four after a dominant 9-Nil victory over Thailand in their final Pool A match on Thursday.
The win not only helpe the Women in Blue in securing their semi-final berth but also confirmed India’s qualification for the FIH Junior World Cup set to be held in Chile next year.
In the other semifinal, China will take on South Korea at the same venue at 8:30 PM IST.
