In Kashi Vishwanath Dham sparsh darshan, all types of daily passes will be cancelled on every Monday of Sawan. The month of Sawan will start on July 22 and continue until August 19. A new guideline has been issued for darshan, worship, and security for the devotees coming to Kashi Vishwanath Dham in Varanasi.

An Akashwani correspondent reports that a meeting of the officials of the Varanasi Police Commissionerate was held today in Varanasi regarding the security of the temple, devotee darshan worship, and traffic rules. In this meeting, a guideline has been issued under the direction of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Security, and Intelligence, Suryakant Tripathi. After the meeting, Mr. Tripathi informed us that there will be a no-vehicle zone from Godaulia to Maidagin from midnight on July 21st until further orders.

During the Sawan protocol, darshan and puja arrangements for VIP devotees will be allowed within a fixed time. On every Monday of Sawan, not a single locker facility will be provided inside the temple. The devotee has to deposit all the items in a locker outside the temple.
