Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina has arrived in New Delhi for the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Council of Ministers.
She was received by the Secretary (Consular, Passport, Visa and Overseas Indian Affairs) in the Ministry of External Affairs Muktesh Pardeshi on her arrival at the airport.
External Affairs Ministry’s spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal in a social media post said that the visit of one of India’s most valued partners will further strengthen India- Bangladesh’s close and deep-rooted bonds of friendship.
