In the FIH Pro Hockey League, the Indian men’s and women’s team will take on the hosts, Belgium, in Antwerp on Saturday. The Men in Blue, who are currently third in the standings, are seeking retribution after losing to the hosts, 1-4. Meanwhile, the women’s team, standing sixth in the points table, is looking for their first win in the first half of the European leg of the competition. In their previous matches, they suffered losses of nil-5 against Argentina and nil-2 against Belgium, the hosts.
The second half of the tournament will be played in London, England. The first two legs of the FIH Pro League 2023-24 were played in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar and Rourkela.
