Bengaluru/IBNS: Ravi Bishnois clinical bowling in the second Super Over denied Afghanistan a victory in the third and final T20I match despite the visitors challenging performance at Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Wednesday.
Chasing 213, Afghanistan managed to tie the match, courtesy Gulbadin Naibs unbeaten 55 off 23 balls, half centuries from wicketkeeper-batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz and skipper Ibrahim Zadran.
The match spilled into the second Super Over, which was won by India by 10 runs, as even the first Super Over went for a tie.
Earlier in a massive comeback from 22/4, India posted 212 losing no more wicket on Wednesday.

After India went out to bat after winning the toss, the hosts lost four wickets soon leading the Afghan bowlers spirited.
Rohit Sharma (unbeaten 121 off 69 balls) and Rinku Singh (unbeaten 69 off 39 balls) counter-attacked and gave Afghanistan no more chance to reign in the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
In an all out attack against the Afghans, Rohit smashed 11 fours and 8 sixes while young Rinku hit 2 fours and 6 sixes.
Bagging the thrilling win, India swept the series 3-0.
