Under Joint Recruitment Board of Tripura (JRBT), written examination for recruitment of junior multitasking staff (Group-D) was held successfully on Friday.
As many as 40,256 out of total 55,675 enrolled candidates appeared at the examination, according to a government press release.
The exams were held between 10 am and 12 pm in 213 examination centers of 8 districts of the state with all the Covid safety norms in place.
A fresh triple-layer mask, hand washing materials, Sanitizer, hand gloves and face shield were provided to all the candidates.
District Isolation Centres were arranged for COVID positive candidates were 4 COVID-19 positive candidates appeared at the exam. A separate isolation room was also arranged for the candidates having COVID symptoms. There was also a special arrangement for Divyang candidates.
