The 15th Battalion of the Tripura State Rifles (TSR) secured first place in the Parade Demonstration held at Khanapara in Guwahati, Assam, on Saturday, bringing pride to Tripura. The achievement came during the state-to-state parade contingent exchange under the Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat initiative.

The TSR contingent delivered an impressive performance marked by discipline, precision, coordination and strong team spirit. Their outstanding display earned them the top position in the parade demonstration, highlighting the professionalism and dedication of the personnel representing Tripura.

The event was organised as part of the celebrations marking the 80th Independence Day and aimed to promote national integration through interaction and cultural exchange among participating state contingents.
